How much does shipping cost?

At EarringsPlanet.com, we have probably the best shipping deal around - we only charge a flat rate for shipping regardless of the quantity of items in your cart, or which country you are from. You can choose from either International Registered Airmail or Express Mail (Courier Service with tracking).

How long will it take to receive my order?

All orders are shipped within 24 hours, except on Saturdays and Sundays. Your order will be shipped from our head office in Malaysia. Once your order has been shipped, we will send you an email which will also include your shipping reference number. Signature requirements may be necessary for delivery to ensure that the parcel will not be left unattended at your address.

 

International Delivery Standard (Airmail)

• All transit times are subject to Customs Clearance, transport conditions(e.g. boat traffic in certain areas) and volume of mail traffic.
• All transit times given are in accordance with the international standard concluded by the International Bureau of the Universal Postal Union.

Yes! We ship to all countries in the world. The above list is merely guide for the delivery time.

 

Can you ship to a different address from my billing address?

You may place an order to be shipped to another address (other than your billing address) or to another recipient if you would like to send it as a gift to someone else. Please enter the details at the correct fields during checkout.

 

Packaging

Our jewelry is carefully packaged to prevent any shipping damage. All earrings are individually wrapped for hygiene purposes. We also offer gift wrapping service upon request.
