Q. How do I place an order on-line?

After selecting an item, click on the pink 'Order' button. To continue to add or buy more items press keep shopping. Provide your shipping, billing and credit card information in the checkout page.

 

Q. I do not have a credit card or Paypal, how can I make a purchase?

Besides all the major credit cards and Paypal, we also accept payments via Western Union. Simply place your order via the 'Contact Us' form, along with the item number(s) that you wish to purchase, and we will contact you for the next step.

Q. What happens when an item I want is back ordered or out of stock?

We try our best to keep all items in stock, but in the event an item you ordered is misplaced or damaged, we will immediately issue you a credit contacting you via email to inform you when we expect to receive your item in stock. At that time you may reorder.

Q. When will my credit card be charged?

When an order is placed, your credit card will be charged within 24 hrs, if the billing information you provided is correct. Otherwise we will contact you for more information regarding your billing. For buyers paying with Paypal, the amount will be deducted from your account when immediately.

Q. What are the countries that you ship to?

We are glad to ship to any country in the world, as we believe that online shopping is for everyone!

 

Q. I would like to order wholesale in large quantities, can you give any further discount?

Simply write to us through the 'Contact Us' form with your intention, and we will be glad to discuss any wholesale enquiries. We will respond to your enquiry within 48 hours.

Q. What is EarringsPlanet.com's return policy?

If you are displeased with an item you receive, you may return the item. The item may be returned as long as it is in its mint unworn condition within 7 days of the delivery date for a full refund. For refunds or exchanged, please contact us using our contact form to obtain an authorization (RMA) number and shipping instruction. Orders without an RMA number will be discarded. Reorders and wholsale orders are non-refundable.

Q. What if I received an incorrect or damaged item?

In the unlikely event that you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us immediately.

 

 

 

GIFT CERTIFICATES

 

Q. How do I purchase a gift certificate?

Gift Certificates are purchased just like any other item in our store. You can add it to your shopping cart and pay for them using the stores standard payment method(s).

 

Q. How do I send a gift certificate?

To send a Gift Certificate you need to go to our Gift Certificate page. You can find the link to this page on the left hand column of each page. When you send a Gift Certificate, you need to specify the following:

1. The name of the person you are sending the Gift Certificate to.

2. The email address of the person you are sending the Gift Certificate to.

3. The amount you want to send.

Please ensure that you have entered all of the information correctly, although you will be given the opportunity to change this as much as you want before the email is actually sent.

 

Q. I received a gift certificate, how do I use it?

If you have received a gift certificate, you will already have a voucher code for the amount that was sent to you. After you have finished shopping, just enter the code in the check out page and click 'Recalculate', and it will be reflected in your total. Please note, you will still have to select another payment method if there is not enough funds in your Gift Certificate to cover the cost of your purchase.
